Oksana joined Adster Creative in 2024, but her journey in the digital world started long before. Originally from Lviv, Ukraine, she has over a decade of experience in digital marketing and is also a pioneer in the pole dance industry. In 2009, she founded Caramel Pole Dance Studio, the first specialized studio network for pole dance and aerial acrobatics in Lviv. Thanks to Oksana’s innovative marketing strategies, the studios didn’t just gain popularity—they became a sensation in the region. From building a brand presence to crafting eye-catching campaigns, Oksana’s marketing ideas took her business to new heights.
Her entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there. In 2020, she co-founded a digital marketing agency specializing in social media, design, and content creation. Over three years, Oksana and her team helped brands stand out with creative SMM strategies, striking designs, and powerful photo and video production.
Now based in Edmonton, Oksana’s marketing expertise spans across industries, particularly the small business sector. She knows small businesses inside and out—not just as a digital marketer but also as a former business owner and manager. When she’s not immersed in digital strategy, you can find her lifting heavy weights at the gym or enjoying the great outdoors. Oh, and did we mention she’s a bronze medalist at Miss Pole Dance Ukraine 2011? Yep, she’s got a unique blend of creativity and discipline that she applies to both her work and physical training.
